Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

2. Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging.
Personalized products and hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
Email returns@shopla.com with your order number to initiate a return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Policy (Politique de Livraison)
1. Estimated Delivery Times
Europe: 5–10 business days.
North America: 7–15 business days.
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Tracking Orders
